Consultation

Steve will meet with you, the client (architect or developer) to understand the design brief. This will usually take place at the intended design location with a goal of understanding the client's lifestyle and intended use of the space. Following this initial consultation, an offer of service will be provided for your consideration.

 

Concept Design

Upon acceptance of our offer of service, JarvisLA will prepare an initial landscape concept including all major design elements including hard surfaces, pool, structures, soft-scape areas and feature locations. Upon completion, we will sit down and review the initial concept and you can share any comments and ideas you may have.

 

Design Development

JarvisLA will refine the landscape concept based on our previous meeting and offer further information required to complete the landscape concept. This will include samples and/or photos of surface finishes, material choices, planting plan and a lighting concept.
